1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking transportation with Luxury Limousine Services LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Reservations & Quotes
All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us in writing (email or text) to be valid. Quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided and may change if the trip details change (vehicle, stops, duration, routing, etc.).
3. Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards (via Square), Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Payment is required at or before the completion of service unless otherwise agreed. A deposit may be required for weddings, proms, and other special events. Gratuity may be added at the Client's discretion.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup: full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup: 50% cancellation fee may apply.
- No-shows and cancellations within 2 hours of pickup: full fare may be charged.
- Weddings, proms, and special event bookings may have non-refundable deposits as agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate pickup/drop-off locations, timing, and passenger counts.
- Illegal drugs, unlawful activity, and smoking are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Alcohol consumption is only permitted where legal and for guests 21+.
- Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or their party, including cleaning fees for excessive mess, spills, or vomit (minimum $250).
- Passenger capacity limits must not be exceeded.
6. Delays & Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For airport pickups, we recommend providing your flight number so we can track delays and adjust accordingly. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Vehicle Substitution
In rare cases (mechanical issues, scheduling conflicts), we reserve the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle at no additional cost to the Client.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person whose behavior is unsafe, abusive, or who violates these Terms. No refund will be issued for service refused due to Client misconduct.
9. Personal Property
Luxury Limousine Services LLC is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. We will make reasonable efforts to return found items to the Client.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
