We believe in transparent pricing. Below are the fees and policies that may apply to your trip. Every quote we provide is personalized — contact us for an exact price.
Rate Policies
Additional fees may apply based on the specifics of your trip.
Parking & Tolls
Quoted rates do not include parking fees or toll charges. These are passed through to the client at actual cost.
Airport Meet & Greet
Optional meet-and-greet service at baggage claim is available for an additional $25. Curbside pickups at no extra charge.
Pet Fee
$20 fee applies when pets travel onboard. Please let us know at booking so we can prep the vehicle appropriately.
Early & Late Hours
$20 early/late fee applies to trips beginning between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
Airport Wait Time
$5 airport wait fee applies every 15 minutes in the limo staging area after your flight has landed (we include a standard grace period).
Travel Time (Garage to Garage)
Garage-to-garage travel time does not apply to rides within 15 minutes of the airport or downtown Nashville.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included unless specified. Customary tip is 15-20% of the fare, at the client's discretion.
Cancellation Policy
- Trips of 3+ hours require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve the vehicle.
- Cancellations 24+ hours before pickup receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows and cancellations under 2 hours may be charged the full fare.
- Weddings, proms, and special events may have non-refundable deposits as agreed in writing at booking.
Payment Methods
We accept major payment options. All payments are processed securely.
Payment is coordinated with your chauffeur at pickup or the end of service.
